Excellent service! As a first time customer I had a question about a paint issue on my vehicle. The manager looked at the problem and was extremely polite, personable and helpful. The staff did a good job fixing the scratches on the car and were also very pleasant. Did I mention the price was more than reasonable! Professionalism that is so seldom found anymore. Thank you and I will be using you again soon!
The bumper on my car was slightly coming out due to a prior accident. During my car wash, I was called out to see what damage the kids cleaning my car had done. The bumper had been completely pulled out of place. Later, I was told that these same kids fixed it. To my surprise, as I got out of the car, I found the bumper to be tearing off and dragging against the pavement. I had specifically chosen Bailey's so that my car would be gently handwashed. Thanks to Bailey's, I get to spend even more money on my car for a new bumper. If you are looking to leave with scratches, dents, or even a ripped off bumper on your car, Bailey's is most definitely the place for you!
I paid for the ultimate wash, the mats were still dirty and the car was spotted all along the bottom edge. They addressed it promptly and politely until I pointed out a second time it was still not clean. Then the tone certainly changed. They did try to clean them again and then suggested I would have to pay for detail service to actually get them clean or that my mats are just old and they could sell me new ones. I ended up using their towel to clean my own console and just left with my dirty mats. Not worth the money or the disrespect.
Unhappy with the job, inside and out! Did give me a "coupon" for a free wash but...
