I lost receipt looked me up by phone number from 10yrs ago went and checked out tire gave awesome advice for my mom's car. Didnt try to over sell me. My valve stem had broke off. They replaced for 60 and also repaired another tire. Over and beyond had very high work ethics.
This store is great. They have excellent customer service and really aim to please their customers. I will always get my tires from here.
Stuck there with no options, she pulled out the credit card and bought new rims.

Came out of meijer to find 2 flat tires. Weren’t flat when I left work. Spent 40 minutes putting on a spare in sub zero temps. Limped the car 100 yards to discount tire. There was a line for air. Guy comes up and cuts it off right before me. I explained what happened he told me to go to a gas station, which if you know anything you know they all freeze. It would have taken 1 minute to do this, now I gotta call a tow truck. I’ve been in the tire business for over 10 years. I have new snow tires on it’s not like they’re old tires. I would never leave a customer with a flat tire. Worst customer experience ever.
The next morning she called me and said both tires were flat.
Once they checked them out, they told her that her rims were both cracked because she must have hit something. And replacements would be $350.00 each.
Thinking that the beads didn't seal, I had her fire up my compressor and after inflating them, went back to the shop.
I've read several other reviews where others have had the same problem.
A few months ago I had my wife take our car in for 2 new tires while I was out of state working.
Upon returning home, I found that there were identical marks on the inside of the rims where the cracks were(more than likely from their tire machine).
