Great place quality food. Friendly staff and good service.no wait for us when we went. This a new building it's clean and neat.i believe it's been built for about 2 yrs or so. I can recomend the ribeye it's delicious and cooked just how I ordered it.o will be back again with the family.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in any restaurant I've ever been in. We sat for over 20 minutes only to get up and walk out. Even if someone from the restaurant would have said Hey drop dead would have been better service than what we had absolutely 0 service at all. Will never go back I wish I could less then one star that was not earned.
Tonight i was served a blooming onion that was cooked in burnt grease. They recooked it but the second one came out burnt tasting and smelling too.
I rarely feel a need to write a review but stopped in to eat after shopping with my girlfriend. Bartender was very attentive and friendly! However the Cobb salad my gf ordered came out with no bacon or eggs, basically a large side salad. After pointing it out they offered to bring the bacon and eggs out, which seemed weird to begin with instead of bringing a new salad. The manager brought the bacon out and advised the cooks didn't get the first run of eggs right and they'd out shortly... Eggs never came and we were basically done eating. After jokingly asking for the eggs "to go" the bartender apologized but never a follow up from the manager or even a slight discount on the bill. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.
I've been to this new location several times. The problems are not getting resolved and it shows.
Our dinner her was very good, along with the service and upper-moderate prices. The server took notice of our special occasion and treated us to a gift (which was unexpected). The food took a bit longer to arrived, but we were comfortable. Even though we had to be seated near the bar in the "lounge" it was not loud-thought he TVs every 10 feet were a bit distracting.
Lastly, employees eating at the bar and handling silverware and water pitchers without washing their hands. I didn't come here to watch the wait staff snack between tables.
Service was very slow- exactly how long does it take to get a side of ranch?
